I love that there are great beverages in the showroom, an added touch would be to have a bottle of water placed in each car for the customer. Everyone always needs water and having one already in the car would be great customer service! More

My problems have nothing to do with the staff I didn't receive a complete copy of the invoice due to computers being down. I expected that it would be e-mailed to me, however, I have not seen anything ye receive a complete copy of the invoice due to computers being down. An unexpected busted hose sent my 2013 Forester on a tow truck to Walser Subaru. They had me back up and running in 8 hours, a rapid turnaround time for a mechanical emergency. Kate walked me through the whole thing with informed detail, clearly explaining the needed repair and the charges, and keeping me up to date on the progress of the repair throughout the day.
