Walker has always been great however This last visit was frustrating. I have been having trouble with the sound system in my 2025 Soleterra. The tech (not the women with great customer service) told me to frustrating. I have been having trouble with the sound system in my 2025 Soleterra. The tech (not the women with great customer service) told me to go to Toyota to get it fixed! My Question is “Why should I be going to another dealer to fix my car covered by original the warranty?(Mileage is under 6000). Shouldn’t the dealer take care of this or make an appointment with Toyota so communication is clear? I’m embarrassed to go into a dealer selling a different make of cars! If I even try to do this myself, Toyota won’t do due diligence on a repair if they didn’t sell me the car! This is a set up for further frustration. Walser used to do much better in service. More
