It was great that the maintenance was completed quickly. However, after driving a mile or so, a warning sign came up. I promptly returned to the service center for a checkup. To my surprise, it turned out t However, after driving a mile or so, a warning sign came up. I promptly returned to the service center for a checkup. To my surprise, it turned out that there was no oil or low oil in the car. I had never experienced this before, and I couldn’t believe it. They needed to perform additional checks to ensure everything was in order. They rented me a car, which was nice. Unfortunately, it took them about 5-6 hours to complete. I appreciate that they took the time to thoroughly check everything. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find small dents and scratches on the side of the car. I hope they will be more careful in the future to protect their customers’ vehicles. More

Erika Seaquist was very attentive and provided a positive sales experience. My needs were met and the dealership received an excellent purchased deal on my trade in, since I was not interested in operating i sales experience. My needs were met and the dealership received an excellent purchased deal on my trade in, since I was not interested in operating in the public space to sell the vehicle. To date I enjoy the 2025 Ascent and have received many compliments on the looks and comfort of the vehicle from passengers and onlookers.
