They had my Subaru for about 3 weeks ordering parts. But never updated me on the progress. I called and the technician almost never called me back. I have not had anything good to say. I was there last week for a estimate about a cracked ignition dash. It took the technician maybe 20 minutes to check it over. I got charged 110.00. I am not pleased with them. More

The service department was great the minute I walked through the door until I left it was my first trip with my new Subaru. I was shown where I could wait until my car was done and that was comfortable and relaxing. I was notified when my car was done and still met with the same kindness and professionalism. Walker has always been great however This last visit was frustrating. I have been having trouble with the sound system in my 2025 Soleterra. The tech (not the women with great customer service) told me to go to Toyota to get it fixed! My Question is “Why should I be going to another dealer to fix my car covered by original the warranty?(Mileage is under 6000). Shouldn’t the dealer take care of this or make an appointment with Toyota so communication is clear? I’m embarrassed to go into a dealer selling a different make of cars! If I even try to do this myself, Toyota won’t do due diligence on a repair if they didn’t sell me the car! This is a set up for further frustration. Walser used to do much better in service. More
