Service appointment to verify newly installed brake pads and rotors were functioning as expected. There was some unusual sounds coming from brakes. Mechanics verified sounds and determined cause with no fur and rotors were functioning as expected. There was some unusual sounds coming from brakes. This was found on our recently purchased used vehicle from this dealership. Easily repaired and fixed the antenna mount. All of this at no charge. I was shocked.
