I want to give 5 stars, but this time will be just 4 stars to catch your attention, and give them something to work towards improving. My only issue was the timing based on my appointment, and it's actually no big deal, especially if it was just an unexpected bottleneck. That said, it almost sounded like this might be a continuous issue, unless I misunderstood. What happened was that I had an oil change appointment @ 2:30 (arrived at 2:20), and I didn't get out of there until 4:30 because of the cars ahead of my appointment were backed up. Again if it was an unexpected thing, then these things happen. In a perfect world I would have loved to have known about the delay @ like 2:00, so that I could have arrived @ like 3:30, or 4:00 instead of rushing to arrive at 2:20 as I had things that I needed to do. If you are looking for a suggestion of how to improve, then it would just be able to dial in the timing better, otherwise it's all good, and I am happy. I merely throwing that out as a suggestion as some people can get grumpy. The staff was friendly, and informative, the waiting room had TV, and snacks etc... the oil change was good, the inspection was good, and they even did a car wash. I am 100% happy, so I have no complaints.....just the suggestion as stated above More
Matt was great - unfortunately the day I brought my car in they had two people out and it was obviously stressful as it was busy and so wait times were longer than previous times. The reason I am giving it two stars is because after about $2500 my air conditioning which they repaired is great so no complaints there but my windows still work erratically. I brought it in twice for them to fix and they did waive the labor but charged me $500 for the parts. I called Matt and told him I would bring it back in but I have been travelling and now I am just fed up and don't have time to bring it back. The windows sometimes work ok, then not at all, then I have to push the up button multiple times for it to close all the way to the top. This is on the driver side. The window on the front passenger side sometimes still doesn't work from my driver's side. I am not satisfied at all. It's a trek to keep returning it for another attempt to remedy the situation and thus far without permanent resolution. Ideally I would like my $500 back and just deal with the frustration that this brings. I have been a loyal customer and have bought 3 brand new Subarus from Walser and do all of my maintenance there. Previous experiences have always been great. More
