We had to go back in since they missed our battery was bad and leaking acid. When our car was in for the second time they bent one of our keys and it no longer works. Service appointment to verify newly installed brake pads and rotors were functioning as expected. There was some unusual sounds coming from brakes. Mechanics verified sounds and determined cause with no fur and rotors were functioning as expected. There was some unusual sounds coming from brakes. Mechanics verified sounds and determined cause with no further concerns. Additionally repaired a small dent on the roof causing the fin antenna to not seal properly. This was found on our recently purchased used vehicle from this dealership. Easily repaired and fixed the antenna mount. All of this at no charge. I was shocked. As they quoted, sometimes it’s just the right thing to do. They have more than earned my trust and continued business. More
It's a busy place at Walser Subaru and for my second service, I was pleased but not entirely impressed. I arrived on-time for my appointment and stood by the counter waiting for someone to call me up. T service, I was pleased but not entirely impressed. They were serving people before me when I initially arrived, but once all three attendants were done, I waited to be called up. About 10 minutes passed before someone greeted me and said "we will be right with you." I am a patient person so it didn't bother me but I think greeting people as soon as they walk in the door makes it less awkward and would make me feel less unsure if I was in the right place to be served!
