I'm pretty happy with the service and plan to come back. However, this last visit put doubt in my mind. My tires were over inflated. I was told it was and the paperwork said it was, but once the car calibrated it showed the tires were still at 44 to 45 PSI. So, I bought a gauge and it confirmed they were still at the higher PSI. I bled them down to 36 PSI each, which is what I was told you mechanic had done. I'm not making any accusations, but I was also told I should plan on getting new tires the next time I come in for another service. This put the thought in my mind that there is a chance that being given the wrong information was deliberate with the thought that over-inflated tires would wear unevenly, and possibly more, and be telling me know I'll be needing new tires, I'd be prepped to buy tires from Walser the next time I'm there. While this is only a speculation and I know it could also just be simple human error, my guard will be up in the future and I'll look more closely paperwork and results of service. More
Lied about condition of breaks. Only two of 4 tires were replaced. Had been told they were all new tires and there was lots of life left on the breaks, both were lies. In and AWD car all tires should have been replaced. Should have looked closer to realize they are different tires in front than the back. But of course you take no accountability when I have a text of your sales guy saying plenty of life left in the breaks. Very disappointing and won’t ever shop at Walser again. Sad after this being my 5th purchase through Walser. Claimed that the first two break does you covered to be kind. Wrong. The first was covered by the manufacturer warranty; the second covered by the warranty I got with the vehicle. Then the shop for the third time to be told I needed new breaks & rotors - but I’d have to pay for it despite hardly having the car since I bought it. Which is exactly why I asked about the breaks before buying. Was lied to about condition for the sale and now I have to pay for your lies. More
