Great service all around. JP noticed a recall for passenger side airbag sensors, so i added that to the regular service, and because of the extra time for this procedure, JP a JP noticed a recall for passenger side airbag sensors, so i added that to the regular service, and because of the extra time for this procedure, JP arranged for Lyft service back home and then back again to the dealer! Three days later, during a driving rain storm, we hit a deer and the air bags deployed successfully! We were not injured though the windshield was cracked and the grille and one fender damaged. So glad for his attention to detail and accommodating my transportation to and from home! More

Service team was great and communication was excellent. Facility is top notch. My critique is when being given an estimate, only the labor is presented and not parts. When asked, it was explained there is a separate parts invoice and a labor invoice. The service agent stated my service cost would be $120 plus tax. My estimate stated $92. The final cost was $137, in line with expectations but reinforcing the estimate is not accurate. Is the purpose of an inaccurate estimate to have transparent pricing or hide cost. Imagine the inaccuracy of a significant repair estimate!!! More
My dashboard suddenly lit up like a Christmas tree and things stopped working. I was on my way home and Walser Subaru was about 12 miles ahead. I took the chance and continued on to them. He put my mind at ease and informed me of an issue they had beed seeing which was being covered by Subaru. They got my car right in and diagnosed the problem. They gave me a loaner car to get me home and ordered some parts I needed replaced. Got my car back a few days later and everything was fine. Thanks! More
I took my car in for standard maintenance at 100k. After completion, I drove it home and tried to drive it an hour later. Every emergency light on dashboard came on and the car jerked and was hard t After completion, I drove it home and tried to drive it an hour later. Every emergency light on dashboard came on and the car jerked and was hard to drive. The dealership did come and pick up my car the next day said it was fixed and I was able to drive it home. Now, the dealership is sending me emails telling me there is still maintenance to do. Although nothing was said when I picked up the car. I don't feel like the car drives as well as it did prior to this maintenance and I cannot trust that the work they do is sufficient. What a terrible experience. More
