Had my Outback in for the 48k maintenance service and was told the 30k was incomplete. When I ask to see what they were going by I was shown a CarFax report which added more work than the Subaru Owners Manua told the 30k was incomplete. When I balked at them doing the extra work they gave me a bogus story to justify the extra work and expense. I asked for my keys and car back. When I got home I compared the previous dealers invoice against Subarus 30k list of service and it was spot on. Never going back there, More
