Kudos to Andrew, our service technician this time, who did an excellent job finding and fixing the source of a troubling steel-on-steel "explosion" every time we started the car. He discovered an extremely loose (nearly falling out!) front engine-mount bolt. We appreciate the video he provided to show the source of the trouble and what he did to fix it. Some techs might rush through such an explanation. Andrew took his time and provided a clear, steady video. Well done! Thank you. More
