I brought my 2010 Toyota Tacoma in for an oil change. They advised me that the frame was badly rusted but they could not do the oil change without putting on the lift but this was the last time they cou They advised me that the frame was badly rusted but they could not do the oil change without putting on the lift but this was the last time they could service it. I spoke with a salesman and agreed to but a new Tacoma for $53,500 with no financing while I waited for the oil change. The service manager brought out my 2010 Tacoma and said it was done. I drove it home and noticed it was not running properly. When I popped the hood, I saw they never finished the oil change. There was an empty oil container stuck under the oil filter and a tool still stuck to the oil filter. There was oil splattered all over the engine. Except for the frame rust my truck was immaculate and I certainly expected better treatment that I received. I was a loyal customer for 15 yrs and completed all the scheduled maintenance. I was originally offered $8500 for the vehicle, which I accepted. The sales manager later came back and said He would only offer $5000 because of the frame damage. Once an offer is made and accepted it should be honored. Especially since I just spent $53,500 at their dealership. My loyalty is directly tied to their loyalty. More

Very pleased with the Service Center. He was friendly and explained everything. He even recommended new wipers and I was glad he did because I needed them but wasn't thinking the Service He was friendly and explained everything.
