My service advisor was kind and that was the only good experience. I arrived at 7:45 for my appointment which started with a standard oil change and turned into an entirely different experience that took experience. I had a slight rattle coming from under my vehicle which the service department told me they could fix and did not and I was charged $120 for the same problem to continue to exist. I'm extremely disappointed in this level of customer service and I will not be bringing my vehicle back for any type of service maintenance Once I am done with my oil change package 0/10 do not recommend. It’s impersonal and asked me if I wanted to “schedule an appointment” when in fact, my appointment date and time had ALREADY been scheduled a month in advance. “Newer” isn’t always “better” when it comes to AI communication. And thank goodness you have Service Advisors because, God forbid I could actually talk to a mechanic, I mean “technician”. More
Despite having made my appointment days in advance & dropping my car at 10:20am, my car still had to stay over night. I was informed of this never. I had to call after not hearing anything nearly 4 hour dropping my car at 10:20am, my car still had to stay over night. I was informed of this never. I had to call after not hearing anything nearly 4 hours after I dropped my car. Then I got charged to refill my AC for test that was completely unnecessary because the compressor was dead. So I was charged $250 for nothing. The compressor could have been tested. I've talked to other mechanics and this is a fact. It isn't the first time I've received terrible service with zero communication and had the feeling I was being over or wrongfully charged, but it will be the last as I won't be back. Both my last two vehicle's were purchased at Walser and maintained there over 20 plus years, but that's done. More
