I arrived on time for my appointment. I had to ask to be served. They served others that arrived after me. No courtesy given or explanation other than being told we are busy. Overall we have been really impressed and happy with the service department, This last visit though was a bit frustrating as I brought our car back a week after its oil change and tire rotation because of service department, This last visit though was a bit frustrating as I brought our car back a week after its oil change and tire rotation because of a noise coming from the front left tire. Turns out the tire wasn’t tightened properly and we could have lost a tire while driving. Our service manager fixed the problem right away but still disconcerting given our kids drive the vehicle and it wasn’t safe to drive. More
