Service clerk too rushed. Used oil change/tire rotation card and tires weren’t rotated as they recommended new tires, which I did. He did provide me any options to be “refunded” the tire rotation. I even offered to pay for the oil change so my card wasn’t used. After much discussion and him telling me the services had to be deducted together, He did offer to “add” an “extra” tire rotation to my card. There is no way for me to check to see if this was done. I hope he followed through. Also, the tires sales person informed me of a factory rebate that was available. My service rep. was quick to check me out. Thankfully I reviewed my paperwork and noticed the form I needed wasn’t included. I was able to get another clerk to help me. Also, I was to get an estimate for new brakes. This also wasn’t included. When my car died in the middle of traffic, I knew a trip to Walser was in my future. Why? It’s because I’ve always received excellent service from the firm. Almost perfect. With the slight exception of some grease marks that were left on the passenger seat (my car is old, so I do not care that much).
