I had to wait at least 10 minutes before someone came to assist me. My vehicle was the only vehicle to in the entrance for service. Once the 10,000 mile service was complete, the service rep went to assist assist me. My vehicle was the only vehicle to in the entrance for service. When I asked for a printout of the work done, he said it would take a little time or he could mail it to me. He never sent anything. This also happened when our other vehicle was serviced at Walser. I finally just decided to stand by his desk because I needed to leave, and he eventually had to walk back to the mechanic to have him release the record since he couldn't check me out if the mechanic had it open. He also wasn't able to resolve the wheel noise that I came in about without a $190 diagnostic which seems incredibly overpriced. More
