I finally just decided to stand by his desk because I needed to leave, and he eventually had to walk back to the mechanic to have him release the record since he couldn't check me out if the mechanic had it open. He also wasn't able to resolve the wheel noise that I came in about without a $190 diagnostic which seems incredibly overpriced. More

They greeted me very quickly and explained the issues, but I waited for my car for at least 20-30 minutes after they had finished service...
