I had an appointment for 12:40. Wasn’t helped until 12:55 even though I was the first car in the check in area. I never received a walk thru video from the tech. My family and I always come to walser for our cars in fact my sister was here yesterday with rav 4. I brought my Camry today for appointment at 1:10. I pulled in front of service desk stay in car for few minutes we were told to pull forward and we did. We stayed another minute in the car. Finally service rep showed up. I stated to how long we waiting in car eve though there weren’t other cars in front of us. He did not even acknowledge that part of conversation, when I repeated he was rude condescending and basically told me I don’t I have to be here. Well, since I am here I will just get the service time, but definitely not coming back and will let my family,friend to take our business to we were at least treated with respect. More
Always professional, however, there are recommendations for the car I do not know if I should follow through. It depends upon the mechanic.
