Poor customer service. We went to bring our car in for a recall and were told they couldn’t fix it until we get an official statement. We asked about the other recall and We went to bring our car in for a recall and were told they couldn’t fix it until we get an official statement. We asked about the other recall and we were told they don’t have diagnostic techs that can look at cars after 5:00. Our appointment was scheduled online and we were there at 5:00. If this is the case, someone should’ve scrubbed the schedule ahead of time and called us before we came in to let us know we couldn’t have anything done today. It would’ve saved 2 hours of drive time in heavy traffic and saved on gas money. Thanks for nothing! I’m giving one star for the nice professional service guy that talked to us. More

Excellent service. Booked last minute on a Saturday and got last appt. Got new 12 volt battery and on my way to the family reunion. A quick fix. Great experience.
