I am dissatisfied with the oil and filter change service at this dealership. Initially, it may have been close to closing time, but the reception from the staff member who checked me in was not welcoming. Additionally, I had specified that I did not want my car washed due to my preference for brushless car washes. Upon pickup, I double-checked, and they confirmed that my car would not be washed. However, when my vehicle was returned to me, it had been washed, and the side mirrors were bent in the opposite direction, which typically occurs if the mirrors are not retracted before going through the wash. Overall, the service could have been better, and I am left feeling disappointed with the experience.
