We have purchased two used vehicles from Walser Toyota and both have had nothing but problems. Walser did let us trade in the first vehicle we purchased for almost what we paid and made it right. However, and both have had nothing but problems. Walser did let us trade in the first vehicle we purchased for almost what we paid and made it right. However, the van we bought also has had many problems. We purchased the additional warranty but it didn't cover any of the problems that have arisen. Most recently Walser replaced our starter and battery for $1700 dollars to fix issues with the vehicle not starting. Less than a month later the same issue was happening and it was another $1300+ to replace the alternator. Be wary of purchasing and servicing your vehicles at Walser! More
Erik, the service manager, is really awesome and helpful! I went to my car service about few weeks ago. When I came home, realized my tow cover full of scratches. We assumed my car tow cover might have been I went to my car service about few weeks ago. When I came home, realized my tow cover full of scratches. We assumed my car tow cover might have been fallen off due to the after service’s power wash and was dragged on ground. Erik just ordered the new one once I called. He also kept me posted on when the cover would be ready. Thanks again for the great service!!! More

Decidedly unfriendly people at desks 1 and 3 who jerked thumb to point to other end. After going from one end desk to the other, figured out it was empty middle desk. Easy to say middle desk and definitely felt like I was annoying them. 4- Did not want to watch video. Should be option. Couldn't anyone come and talk to me? I was 25 feet away. 5- Must have hit big pothole after car wash. Big muddy splash on side of car. Car wash person didn't care? 6- Absolutely no one smiled. Must be a miserable place to work. 7- Waited to pay, no explanation of services 8- No 'thank you for your business' 9- Did not feel valued or respected as a customer 10- Do not want to single out my tech. Seemed like 'just do my job' attitude pervasive through the service dept. Observed interactions of other employees and seemed the same. 11- Would have complained to service manager, but customer service and attention starts at the top. You can tell a lot about a company from the attitude of its employees. More
