Waited 2 hours, was never checked in on and after I went up to the desk to ask how things were going was told the wrong part was ordered and would have to reschedule for another day. I came for oil change in April and the service rep suggested replacement of spark plugs which I agreed to. I came home with car and parked it in garage. Several days later when I next used car, big suggested replacement of spark plugs which I agreed to. I came home with car and parked it in garage. Several days later when I next used car, big oil spot on garage floor. Brought my car back to Walser who immediately checked and said, according to service, oil plug was not properly installed or was faulty. Problem was remedied and I left with no charge in about one hour. More
