I've been a Walser Toyota customer since 2008 & this experience was the first less than stellar service I've experienced. There was a lack of status updates on my vehicle and it took almost an hour long experience was the first less than stellar service I've experienced. While the service staff was apologetic, it doesn't change the fact I had to adjust the rest of my plans for the day. More

Toyota service has always been exceptional I have a 16-year-old Prius and would not take it anywhere else. I think that having it serviced regularly by Walser will preserve its resale value and/or mak 16-year-old Prius and would not take it anywhere else.
