your shop has really changed - service writers quote you a price for future work, then you go in and they don't guarantee that price. Also, why do i have to always go in and try to find the service writer to check on the status of my car/ i make an appointment, and i am told that a simple wheel alignment is going to take about two hours - probably because they are running behind. I WOULD RATHER WAIT AT HOME then to sit at a dealership that long. And the last two times i never received a video of my inspection. ALSO, i don't feel like the mechanics are doing the 12 point inspection. the previous service writers would write everything down that was checked so i knew it was done.....you ARE CUTTING CORNERS and the quality is going down. i was also quoted $550 to change out a flex pipe because the mechanic told them it would take that long. i was quoted $250 by two others shops and they said not to pay anymore than that as it should only take and hour and a half. i would have gone there but their welder was not working right. i brought my car in to another shop and had it changed in 1 1/2 hrs and cost half the price you quoted. seriously thinking of buying a HONDA next time. We did not receive a second key fob with our purchase. We were told we had to contact Toyota to get a case number. Initially I was told by the service center that I would have to pay for the second fob but then the service manager relented and chose to cover the cost. More
