After avoiding dealerships for years, having an older vehicle, I decided to take my vehicle to Walser Toyota because of issues that weren't being resolved at other garages. Felt cheated on the labor. I dropped the car at the dealer on May 2nd at 3 pm. Got a call 9.22 Am on March 3rd that the car was ready. They charged me 16.1 hours of labor. Just I dropped the car at the dealer on May 2nd at 3 pm. Got a call 9.22 Am on March 3rd that the car was ready. They charged me 16.1 hours of labor. Just the math does not add up. I did raise my concern with the manager but he said it is not the actual hours worked that is charged but a estimated time spent is charged. I am bringing this issue to consumer protection agency. I have used Walser Toyota for last 11 years and never paid attention to how ai am being charged. The labor hour were so much and time spend on it was not reconciling. I would like to talk to the SOME ONE HIGHER UP. Regards Rekha More
They have appointments available on a shorter time frame than most other dealers. Friendly service and other than issues with your tire pressure (they tend to put the same tire pressure in all tires. Front than most other dealers. Friendly service and other than issues with your tire pressure (they tend to put the same tire pressure in all tires. Front are suppose to be 36 and back 35) other than that they do good work. More
