We did not receive a second key fob with our purchase. We were told we had to contact Toyota to get a case number. My visit was only for a 30k mile oil change. When i decided not to purchase the bulk oil change package I was treated very "cold". They ended up finding a leak in my rear strut, but I was not told what was done to repair the issue that was under warranty. I will most likely take my car to another location for oil changes in the future. More
