I had a very complicated situation for a relatively straight forward repair. I needed new spark plugs on a 2014 FJ Cruiser. I had 3 different appointments in order to get this done. I worked with Michael C Alovera on the 2 most important visits. He was (and I'm pretty sure still is) an outstanding young man/employee. I would want (if I had a choice) to always have Michael on any upcoming visits. I know this won't work, but you should know my preference as it speaks volumes for the resulting experience I had.
