I had several services done and waited for Advisor to call all afternoon. I showed up and was told the car was just done. The next day, the car made a lot of noises. I was worried about driving the car b call all afternoon. I showed up and was told the car was just done. The next day, the car made a lot of noises. I was worried about driving the car back to the dealership and was not given any safe options to do so (dealership wouldn’t tow the vehicle, etc). When got to the dealership at 10am, was told I would get a call at 1pm. I arrived at 12:30 and Advisor was not there so I waited until 1:15 only to be told he had left and passed along to someone else. The issue was due to a bolt not screwed in tightly. I didn’t get an apology and the person said, “good news, we aren’t charging you for the services.” Because the car wasn’t repaired correctly, I spent my entire day waiting on the car and got horrible service. More
