I went in for an oil change that I booked online. I told the attendant that I was there only for an oil change. They ended up giving me an oil change and tire rotation. I wasn’t expecting to pay for that, and never asked for a tire rotation. It was never even mentioned when I got there. I felt that they just did it anyways and hoped I wouldn’t say anything.
