I came for oil change in April and the service rep suggested replacement of spark plugs which I agreed to. I came home with car and parked it in garage. Several days later when I next used car, big suggested replacement of spark plugs which I agreed to. I came home with car and parked it in garage. Several days later when I next used car, big oil spot on garage floor. Brought my car back to Walser who immediately checked and said, according to service, oil plug was not properly installed or was faulty. Problem was remedied and I left with no charge in about one hour. More

It would be a good idea if Walser tells customers before they come about the construction and what roads are closed, it would save a lot of time and frustration. I needed more than the agreed upon service and I authorized the extra service, but they did not get the message and then I had to wait when I got back. Not a big deal but since you ask for authorization and I gave it, it would be helpful if it worked. I did not like getting a message about selling my car when it was in for service. More
