2007 Prius had serious dashboard warning light issues and starting problems. Expected work would take several days and planned on being without vehicle. Walser staff called within hours of dropping off to ad starting problems. Expected work would take several days and planned on being without vehicle. Walser staff called within hours of dropping off to advise that all errors had been cleared and vehicle ready for pickup. Will bring Prius back for future work. More
Marcus Potter did a great job with service on my 2017 Tacoma. I told Marcus about a sound I was hearing from the undercarriage and he got inside and as we drove around the parking lot, he heard it as wel Tacoma. The mechanics also took it for a spin and while up on the lift they looked at it and saw nothing. All they did was listen and look, nothing was actually done, I was still charged $90.00. Oh well. Toyota still did nice work/service, but to pay $90.00 for nothing really, is a bit hard to take. Thought you should know. Thanks Greg More
