To whom it may concern. I am highly disappointed by my last visit to the dealer. My car is a 2022 Toyota Sienna with 15766 miles only, purchased at the same dealer in 2022 and still under factory warranty. Never been in any car accidents. I dropped my car at the dealer on April 30, 2024, to perform the oil change and inspect my complaints about multiple water leaks and their consequences. I came with four complaints: - leaking water in the right side of the trunk from top to bottom; - leaking water in the trunk lid lock and xxxxxxaround where the latch is; - leaking water on the driver-side sliding door, starting to rust; - both front door windows remain wet after few days after the car wash. A technician wrote my complaints and told me they would inspect everything, but this procedure is not free. I asked him why if my car was under the warranty. He told me if these are factory issues, diagnostic is fee. Otherwise, I have to pay $180. When I came two days later to pick up my car, I got an invoice with $180 included and diagnostic results: "...FOUND THAT THE REAR LIFT GATE IS MISALIGNED, THERE IS WACHER IN THE MOUNT THAT IS DISLODGED, AND SOME NON-TOYOTA FACTORY PARTS ON THE VEHICLE. VEHICLE APPERS TO HAVE HAD SOME BODY WORK/DAMAGE DONE AT SOME POINT CAUSING LEAKS..." I became so angry! I asked the technician about: - how is that possible for a non-accident car to have non-Toyota parts? - why only the first complaint was inspected and not the others? The technician and his manager weren't able to properly explain why the diagnostic stopped after the first issue. They were talking about possible accidents and they could inspect other issues for $180 each. They made me feel myself an idiot. I got even more angry at the dealer, its personnel, and client service! I expected a proper diagnostic for my car which is still under warranty. I'm going to post inspection details and pictures with all the issues to the Reddit website, so people are aware of Sienna's quality and Walser dealer. I purchased two cars at this dealer. Never I or my relatives will ever stop by there anymore. More
Wonderful experience! Easy to schedule appointment, they were quick to service my vehicle, kept me informed the entire time and I was out of there in less than an hour. Also really like their 'video' format where the mechanic walks you through your inspection with a camera. Very cool! More
