We purchased our Rav4 from Walser pre-owned and have taken it here for service as needed. While the prices can be slightly higher than my local independent shop, I appreciate Walser's attention to the s taken it here for service as needed. The service folks are nice, communicate very well and rarely try to oversell services. The waiting area is comfortable for short stays. I very much appreciate that they will provide a Lyft ride home when the service takes more than a few hours. The whole dealership has been undergoing a major remodel and reconstruction for a few years now. I'm looking forward to the construction work being finished and getting back into a routine without construction cones. More

Said the repair may be under warranty but then did not update me until the fix had already occurred and said it isn't covered. When I asked where they see what is covered vs. not covered in the warranty update me until the fix had already occurred and said it isn't covered. When I asked where they see what is covered vs. not covered in the warranty so that I could be better prepared myself they said they don't know and I would have to talk to someone in sales. Went to sales and they said they don't sell that warranty anymore and to call the company myself the person who would have access to the paperwork at the dealership might not be available. Offered to call me back with an update but still nothing a week later. Very poor treatment. More
