Walser is in need of organization, improvement in communication, and respecting appointment times. On a Monday, I was told they had parts so an appointment was made for the following Friday. I drop off the vehicle Friday at the appointment time. Three hours later I get a call saying parts were not there. Manager said that the parts should arrive next day on Saturday and if they do, my vehicle will be completed Saturday. Saturday I get a text saying parts arrived. After waiting until 3pm, I call with no answer so I leave a message asking for an update. No response that day. The following Monday morning I call and spoke to someone who said my vehicle was done Saturday. I ask what exactly was done and it turns out the alignment was not done. I get a call around noon saying everything was finally done. I picked up my vehicle from Steven who was very empathetic. All in all, Walser did not respect my appointment time evidenced by the fact it took three hours to call and say they didn't have the parts. They are not organized as evidenced that I was told parts were in days before the appointment when they weren't. They have poor communication as evidenced by no one letting me know what was going on or what the status was on the vehicle. I am concerned moving forward that if something needs to be done under warranty, I do not have confidence that the staff at Walser will have the skills needed to address the need.
