Walser- I wish I could remember the name of the service person that I got assigned to. I felt very disrespected by this individual. I came into service for my 2024 Tundra wanting an oil change, the updat person that I got assigned to. I felt very disrespected by this individual. I came into service for my 2024 Tundra wanting an oil change, the updates (or recalls) completed, and to help with my tailgate that gets stuck sometimes. The service rep came out to me in the lobby and said that I was only due for a tire rotation. Ok, but I still wanted an oil change. I feel like the service rep started to argue with me that it was unnecessary. I feel that if I want my oil changed sooner than what is recommended, that is my business. Also have in issue with my tailgate sticking when pushing the side button, the service rep and I tried three times but the issue of the tailgate sticking did not present. The rep suggested that maybe the tailgate was sticking onto the tonneau cover. I had Toyota (Walser) put that cover on. There should not be any issues. I felt that maybe the service rep was not believing me or blaming me for the sticking tailgate. Overall, I felt this time at the Toyota service was very disappointing compared to all the other times my wife and I have been in. I hope this service rep will understand how he came off and maybe change his attitude. Very disappointed with the service center. PS. The survey company you use is very difficult. I tried 3 times to sent a survey on my work Wi-Fi and my home Wi-Fi it could not get it to work. More
I purchased my car in December of 2024, and Eddie Batheja was my salesman. This is not my first experience car shopping as a young adult, and I have had two previous sales experiences before this dealership was my salesman. This is not my first experience car shopping as a young adult, and I have had two previous sales experiences before this dealership. The first experience I had prior, the small town, local dealership was hands down phenomenal, while the second big city-larger dealership was not. Therefore, while looking at vehicles at Walser, I was initially hesitant, especially since it was a larger dealership. The car selection at Walser was unbelievable and almost too overwhelming, which is a good problem to have. As I began looking at cars, the moment I met Eddie, our salesman for the remainder of our experience, was phenomenal. He was patient and upfront about all of the questions or concerns expressed during our visit. Additionally, he did not force or push any car sale on me. He listened to my needs vs wants while keeping things in my price range. Truly could not have asked for a better salesman, especially with the hundreds of questions, comments about appearance, and how selective I can be. Eddie then took it a step further to work with his management team and offered us two solutions to some minor cosmetic damage done on a used vehicle. After making my decision, they were able to have scratches buffered and repainted, an auto armor and rust protection applied, with a week's time, keeping in mind the several holidays this purchase also fell in between. Eddie took the time during the sale of this vehicle to walk through a step-by-step process with me as well. Finally, driving off the lot with the vehicle and driving it several hundred miles away, Eddie was still there to support me when we encountered some licensing issues. He provided reassurance and found a solution that not only worked but also put my mind at rest. Truly, Eddie made this experience at Walser way better than I could have anticipated. If I find myself or family members in the market for a car in the future, I truly would recommend Eddie at Walser Toyota. More
Drake, the service advisor went out of his way to help me, as I did not have an appointment scheduled because I had a sudden breakage of my rear struts and could not drive the car on the freeway to get ho me, as I did not have an appointment scheduled because I had a sudden breakage of my rear struts and could not drive the car on the freeway to get home in Wisconsin! The rental agency people also went out of their way to locate a car that had recently come back and get it ready so that I could take it. I appreciate all the good help. I didn't appreciate the price but that's just how stuff is these days. More
