I was in the dealership about a month ago and asked a service writer to make a note that when I came in next time that I needed a key as per one of the programs I signed up for when I bought my truck. Th service writer to make a note that when I came in next time that I needed a key as per one of the programs I signed up for when I bought my truck. There was no note, the person who checked me in didn’t know what I was talking about and then found it. He also noticed I had prepaid for my oil changes. Also when I scheduled the oil change no one told me that Toyota recommends the front and rear differentials be serviced at 30,000 miles. I was informed of the of the cost and the time it would take. I would have scheduled the service for another day had I known it was going to take an extra 2.5 hours. Also when I was notified my truck was done the service person was not at his desk and someone else wasn’t sure where my keys were located. Then 2 hours after I got home I got a text that here is the link to see the status of my vehicle. I was less than impressed. The day before my appointment I was sent an email asking if you could make an offer on my truck. I responded to the email that I was not at all interested in an offer and please don’t contact me again. The as I was sitting and waiting for my vehicle to be done I was text asking if you can make an offer. Your tech doesn’t seem to be working very well. And 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation seems excessive on time. I could have went to another shop and had the service done in a much shorter time. If I hadn’t prepaid for the oil changes I most likely would have the service work done elsewhere More
