Confusion over 2nd key we were supposed to get, and it took an hour to sort it out. We mentioned that tire screw on caps are consistently not all put back on with maintenance checks, and sure enough, 3 of took an hour to sort it out. I have had my Prius for 15 years and always bring it to this Service Department. They are thorough and I always have been treated well. Terrible service. They were unable to re-program my key fob, yet charged me $200 anyway (and 2 hr 15 min wait time). I drove away with still only 1 working key fob. No apologies, no offer to correct the situation, except making me pay an additional $200 to get a new key fob. Unethical and they don't even care, didn't even get a car wash. Don't waste your time and money here! More
