Went in for oil change, transmission fluid change and tire rotation. The next day I checked oil and it was at least a quart low and noticed that the tire rotation was not done. I went back to the dealers tire rotation. The next day I checked oil and it was at least a quart low and noticed that the tire rotation was not done. I went back to the dealership, they checked the oil and had to add 1 1/2 quarts. They apologized, but would not rotate tires because mechanic said he did it. Makes me wonder if transmission was done. I have a 2020 Tundra Pro. More

My service advisor was kind and that was the only good experience. I arrived at 7:45 for my appointment which started with a standard oil change and turned into an entirely different experience that took experience. I had a slight rattle coming from under my vehicle which the service department told me they could fix and did not and I was charged $120 for the same problem to continue to exist. I'm extremely disappointed in this level of customer service and I will not be bringing my vehicle back for any type of service maintenance Once I am done with my oil change package 0/10 do not recommend. Despite having made my appointment days in advance & dropping my car at 10:20am, my car still had to stay over night. I was informed of this never. I had to call after not hearing anything nearly 4 hours after I dropped my car. Then I got charged to refill my AC for test that was completely unnecessary because the compressor was dead. So I was charged $250 for nothing. The compressor could have been tested. I've talked to other mechanics and this is a fact. It isn't the first time I've received terrible service with zero communication and had the feeling I was being over or wrongfully charged, but it will be the last as I won't be back. Both my last two vehicle's were purchased at Walser and maintained there over 20 plus years, but that's done. More
