Beautiful new showroom but crappy customer service. I was promised my car would be ready in less than 2 hours and it took double that time. No one updated me of the delay. When my car was finally ready I was promised my car would be ready in less than 2 hours and it took double that time. No one updated me of the delay. When my car was finally ready, the service rep had no explanation or apology of the delay and didn’t even thank me! Plus they didn’t wash & vacuum my car as promised. Awful experience especially since I was heading out of town for the weekend. I won’t be back! More
Love our car, but the car buying experience was painful and frustrating. Our salesman Oscar wasted a lot of our time during the buying process trying to upsell us on services we did not want. Didn't return calls for days. Then on the service side, more of the same. As part of our deal, They needed to fix a couple of things. He said service would contact us. I heard nothing so 34 days later I called them And they said that because it was warranty work that they needed to talk to the sales person Oscar. They said they would call us back again no again no call back for a couple of days so I had to call them again. I eventually got a service appointment and brought my truck in and found out they ordered the wrong part so they could only do half the job stop and I would have to bring my truck back again. I brought my truck back the next day and again Oscar was nowhere to be found so I talked to a service manager And he must have read the whole customer history Because he put me to the front of the customers that day and got me in and out of there in 20 minutes. He was the first guy that I talked to or worked with at this dealership that actually was competent in my opinion. Bottom line, We like the car but we will not be coming back to this dealership for service or any future car Purchases. This is about 25% of the negative things that happened during this whole purchase. Not enough room here to list them all. More

I came in without an appointment because a serious warning displayed when I started my car on Friday morning. Byron told me the shop was busy but he would squeeze my car in when he could.
