Sold me a brand new car with alignment problems. Took it in to get it fixed, car still doesn’t drive straight. Also doesn’t do loaners for service, but relies on Lyft. Pretty disappointing. The customer service at bloomington walser Toyota was very good and helpful from the beginning to the end, my Toyota highlander transmission went bad and they ordered a new transmission with no cost beca very good and helpful from the beginning to the end, my Toyota highlander transmission went bad and they ordered a new transmission with no cost because my warranty covered and it was back order so they gave me a rental car with no charge for 4months . And finally got it done and put it the new transmission plus alignment on my car and they didn’t charged me the alignment either . Thank you More
