The new Bloomington location is very impersonal, no one even noticed I was there for 5 minutes. There was a very rude woman filling the coffee machine who completely ignored me when I asked where the bathr even noticed I was there for 5 minutes. It took over an hour even with an appointment but the friendly people at Midas in Bloomington only took 30 minutes and was a third of the price so I’ll probably go back there. More

Service employee, Emily Kapaun was great. I had a few concerns which she addressed in a friendly and informative manner. I didn’t have to wait too long for maintenance to be completed. I am unhappy with the online / automated system to make an appointment, which requires the use of a cell phone. I am not tied to my cell phone and often I am in a location with weak coverage. The AI service sent a text message to my landline! It didn’t work. I prefer to speak to a human being. I expressed my concerns to Emily and she handed me her card and told me I could just call her! I didn’t know that I could by-pass the AI voice. Outstanding solution. While waiting for the work to be completed, I was contacted by sales department to trade-in my RAV 4, but this time I did not respond, because i spoke to someone about it a few months ago. I’m happy with my 2020 RAV 4, and the next time I need to buy a car, I’ll buy a Toyota, even though I have yet to understand all the “bells & whistles.” More
