It seems like the service center is booking more appointments than they have mechanics to keep up with. This is my second time at Walser Toyota as I had a coupon in the mail and quite honestly, it has gone downhill. When I drove in, several employees were on their computer and it took 5 minutes to be acknowl in the mail and quite honestly, it has gone downhill. When I drove in, several employees were on their computer and it took 5 minutes to be acknowledged. You should be greeting the customers once they walk in the door. Next, I scheduled my appointment for 2:20 as I had to be somewhere by 5:00. I didn't get it until 5:00. I understand you're busy but so are a lot of places, it's called working efficiently. It doesn't take 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, that's just ridiculous. Then, I received a video and literally had to hunt down my service provider, Liban, as he went on his break. Customers should not have to hunt down employees for service. Lastly, there's all these labor fees? My total ended up being $20 more for a freaking oil change and tire rotation. Also, you can't charge labor if you're not actively working on the car. Hence labor. I left so frustrated from that place and it's obvious to me that you don't care about your customers. I will not be returning and instead I'll take it to businesses that actually acknowledge me and do timely, quality work. Please don't waste paper sending me coupons in the future, I'm not interested. I wasn’t told my free oil changes ends at 25k miles. I booked the appt when I was under the mileage but had to make an emergency trip to SD, putting me just over. And there was absolutely no exception. I booked the appt when I was under the mileage but had to make an emergency trip to SD, putting me just over. And there was absolutely no exception. It didn’t matter that I was just over. Nobody told me this when I booked it so close to the limit. Very disappointing since I’ve purchased from Walser since 2015. And the dealership is NOT conveniently located for me plus there is a lot of construction there too. I would have just booked somewhere else had I known. Does anyone read these or even care? More
I visited your dealership because I received a flyer from Walser regarding routine service. I hadn't been to your facility since I bought a new Toyota Highlander in May of 2023. My mechanic and I had been talking about new cars for awhile as my car approached 20. I wanted a car that was reliable with great mileage, so we'd been leaning towards the Prius. Finally he said "go to awhile as my car approached 20. I wanted a car that was reliable with great mileage, so we'd been leaning towards the Prius. Finally he said "go to Walser, buy a Prius", and oh my goodness was he right! I was so dreading walking into a dealership as a single woman, but once I finally got up the courage to do it I had a wonderful experience. It was a relaxed friendly atmosphere and there was little to no pressure. My grandson and I had a ball sitting in various models, and took the Prius I had my eye on for a test drive without a salesperson in the car, which was really nice. And once I made up my mind the purchase was a breeze. I believe it took all of 20 minutes. Shout out to Lance Needham for being absolutely wonderful to work with, and to Emily Watson who spent well over and hour taking me through how this incredibly smart car works. And best of all I am absolutely in love with my new car. Thank you Walser Toyota for a great experience, and a great car. More
My maintenance service appointment was professional. All was very organized and painless. I waited in their comfortable guest area for about an hour and 15 minutes. All was very organized and painless. I waited in their comfortable guest area for about an hour and 15 minutes. More
