I had my oil changed and transmission serviced, I never received the video of his inspection which I was supposed to have until the next day. When I got home there was a puddle of oil dripping from the bot received the video of his inspection which I was supposed to have until the next day. When I got home there was a puddle of oil dripping from the bottom of truck, I brought it back in the next morning (Saturday) and waisted my 3 hours on Sat morning to find out the mechanic over tightened the oil plug and broke the oil plug gasket. Worse problem now is that I have a 12” diameter oil stain on my concrete driveway which hopefully will fade over time. Not a very good experience (not the first one I’ve had at your dealership. I used to bring my vehicle there every time but have since switched to Burnsville Toyota for service. I have had nothing but good experiences from them. Only reason I came back is to try the new service dept and you had a coupon that was very good. If I were to buy a new Toyota I’m not sure I would even come back to you for pricing, which is sooooo sad cause your sales team was so great to work with. Lastly, I was going to just forget about this experience but you kept sending me survey emails so I figured I had to let someone know. More

Very courteous, helpful service. Everybody was friendly. Multiple employees smiled, said Hi, asked if they could help. The waiting space was very open and loud. Took vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation. When I got the vehicle back the vehicle paperwork said the tire where all inflated to 36psi, rotated and the oil was changed. When I checked the vehi When I got the vehicle back the vehicle paperwork said the tire where all inflated to 36psi, rotated and the oil was changed. When I checked the vehicle information center the tire pressures were not at 36 one was actually at 32lbs and showing it at right front. The next oil change service sticker on the windshield was not changed either. I brought it to the attention of the service representative who then took an air gauge and checked the tire pressure and found the right rear tire low at 32. Therefore, the tires were rotated just NOT serviced up to 36lbs as stated on the service sheet. Additionally, they did not reset the location indications for the tires. He then printed out a new service sticker for the windshield. Wait time for the service was a little more than an hour. A car wash would have been a nice touch to finish the job instead of changing the air conditioning settings and seat settings on my vehicle. More
