Walser Toyota - Service Center

Took vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation. When I got the vehicle back the vehicle paperwork said the tire where all inflated to 36psi, rotated and the oil was changed. When I checked the vehi When I got the vehicle back the vehicle paperwork said the tire where all inflated to 36psi, rotated and the oil was changed. When I checked the vehicle information center the tire pressures were not at 36 one was actually at 32lbs and showing it at right front. The next oil change service sticker on the windshield was not changed either. I brought it to the attention of the service representative who then took an air gauge and checked the tire pressure and found the right rear tire low at 32. Therefore, the tires were rotated just NOT serviced up to 36lbs as stated on the service sheet. Additionally, they did not reset the location indications for the tires. He then printed out a new service sticker for the windshield. Wait time for the service was a little more than an hour. A car wash would have been a nice touch to finish the job instead of changing the air conditioning settings and seat settings on my vehicle. More

Came in for oil change took nearly two hours and had to go remind service advisor that my car was done. My keys and paperwork were under a pile of other papers.
