I was told my filters were all good. I knew the cabin filter needed replacing. The service guy apologized many times. He brought the Manager over and he didn't say one word to me. The Manager and 2 service guys looked at the filter. The one service guy said they will replace at no charge. The manager looked at the filter in the engine, didn't say anything because the service guys took. The manager just walked away.The is the first and last time I will be taking my vehicle there. More than half of the time I was at the dealership, they were selling the extended warranty and wasted my time saved. Asked sales person to follow up with me because I made a few changes.
