We scheduled an appointment in advance and drove up from an hour away because we purchased the oil change package with our new car. Despite being on the schedule the service department did not have a filter an hour away because we purchased the oil change package with our new car. Despite being on the schedule the service department did not have a filter for our car and had to drive to another location to pick on up. This obviously added some time to the oil change. However even when subtracting the driving time and going in to get the filter they would have spent 90 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. We ended up being at the dealership for 2.5 hours. On a side note we are in the market to buy another car but could not manage to get anyone’s attention inside the dealership because the employees were on their tablets or speaking with each other. Even though we literally spent at least 15 minutes looking at the used hybrid Sienna directly in front of the sales team’s desks. More

Called the service department regard seeing fluid on my garage floor after my vehicle was serviced. Spoke on the phone with a gal at front desk and was forwarded to the service department. No one picked up the call and the call went straight to voicemail. Let my name and phone number and requested a call back to discuss the fluid on my garage floor. Received no call back from anyone at the service department regarding my after service concern. Disappointed in the quality of service I received and will not be using Walser service in the future. Had to have car towed to dealership over weekend - appreciated call first thing Monday morning.
