I've been a Walser Toyota customer since 2008 & this experience was the first less than stellar service I've experienced. There was a lack of status updates on my vehicle and it took almost an hour long experience was the first less than stellar service I've experienced. While the service staff was apologetic, it doesn't change the fact I had to adjust the rest of my plans for the day. More
There service has been terrible since moving to new building. Nothing about it is personable. Longer waits... like in the drive up. No one answers the phone. Very nice environment but it took about 1. 5 hours for an oil change which it too long. It took over a month to get my car fixed. The communication was terrible and many times I did not receive a call or text back.
