Miss that. And, (4) after a $1300 gross invoice, no longer provide a car wash? (Even though my car WAS pretty clean). Minor disappointments. Overall, satisfied. More

Toyota service has always been exceptional I have a 16-year-old Prius and would not take it anywhere else.
