Despite having made my appointment days in advance & dropping my car at 10:20am, my car still had to stay over night. I was informed of this never. I had to call after not hearing anything nearly 4 hours after I dropped my car. Then I got charged to refill my AC for test that was completely unnecessary because the compressor was dead. So I was charged $250 for nothing. The compressor could have been tested. I've talked to other mechanics and this is a fact. It isn't the first time I've received terrible service with zero communication and had the feeling I was being over or wrongfully charged, but it will be the last as I won't be back. Both my last two vehicle's were purchased at Walser and maintained there over 20 plus years, but that's done. More
I had to wait 4 hours in the waiting area to get a simple oil and fluid change I was told it takes 1 1/2 - 2 hours to do the actual work. My appointment was for an oil change and fix the open recall on my 2020 Camry. I made the appointment a month in advance to allow time to get the parts necessary for the recall. A week before the appointment I received a text confirming I was bringing the car in for recall so that they could ensure the parts were there. When I got to the appointment I was told they didn’t have the parts and would not be able to do the recall. This is the second time I have tried to bring my car for the recall. The first time was at a different dealership, hence why I went Walser this time. Extremely disappointing experience with Toyota overall with regards to this recall. So I did the oil change however when it was done they couldn’t find my car. My car was not washed and it was parked outside in the hot sun unlike the other cars that were waiting in the check-in bay, clean and cool. I’m not sure I’ll return to this dealership. More
