Called the service department regard seeing fluid on my garage floor after my vehicle was serviced. Spoke on the phone with a gal at front desk and was forwarded to the service department. Received no call back from anyone at the service department regarding my after service concern. Disappointed in the quality of service I received and will not be using Walser service in the future. Asked for inspection. Told $4,500 for timing chain cover replacement. Went to another shop, they found dipstick tube removed from oil pan, $185 job. This was the second attempt to get some recall work completed. The first time they had it they couldn’t complete the task because they didn’t have the parts. This time, instead of being told that it would take 3 hours, I was told that it would take no more than two. So I decided to stay and wait for it. I drove in the service door at 7 am,and left a little after 9 AM. I drove away happy this time! Thanks! More

Service was quoted at 3hours and took 2 days with no explanation. It had been in for a 100000 mile service the week prior.
