My experiences have been on the negative side. Two hour wait for my second key to be made. My last visit (first maintenance appt.) was horrible. The light still was on when I got home and my tire pressure was at 17 (the specs they put on the sheet they gave me stated all tires were at 35)! I don't think they checked it at all. Also, after they checked my car, the maintenance light was on. They never turned it off. More

I purchased a vehicle in April and did not find out that they hadn't done the rust proofing i paid for until I got a call from the vendor in November.
