The service department is terrible. I drove up and I counted 16 personnel behind desks and it took over 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. My vehicle was there because of issues with the 14” media center. They were unable to resolve my issue but along the way I was laughed at, treated rudely and even asked what I wanted them to do. I was promised one thing by one person and the next was unable to deliver and quite frankly acted like he didn’t even want to try. It is just so poorly run. My wife and I have purchased over 20 vehicles there but this could possibly be my last after the service (lack thereof) I received and how rudely I was treated. Worst experience at a car dealership ever. More
Prompt rely over the phone, able to speak with a service advisor about an intermittent error code. Scheduled the likely repair, diagnosed and fixed. Great service. I bought the car from Walser and it was the first blue 2005 Prius in the Twin Cities. It was from the show downtown. I am still driving this car and love it.
