I arrived on time for my oil change appointment, but waited about 10 minutes before I was greeted even though there were 7 front desk individuals. I liked the video that summarized the condition of my car. I was told that I needed new brakes, which was not a surprise, and quoted a price that seemed high. I said I'd think about it, then took the car to an auto service shop near our home with whom we've worked before. They quoted a price for new brakes that was substantially less, so they ended up with our business. More
This was not a good experience. Did not receive video until after charge and concerns were not addressed. Check lights were still on after leaving when it was my main concern.
