I had an appointment and I knew the service was supposed to take 2 - 2 1/2 hours. I was offered a Lyft ride to Good Earth so I could have lunch while waiting. After more than 2 1/2 hours, I checked online to take 2 - 2 1/2 hours. I was offered a Lyft ride to Good Earth so I could have lunch while waiting. After more than 2 1/2 hours, I checked online for the status. Then I got a call from the service manager. They couldn't find the part that was ordered the previous week. I had to take a Lyft to the dealership before getting one home. Service Manager couldn't figure out how to order a Lyft to take me directly home from Good Earth. I was told they would send a Lyft to pick me up the following day when my car was done. More
Thought I was buying a good used truck but turns out it was not. Broke down 2 weeks after buying it. They did the bare minimum to fix it. Got it back and it’s still having issues. Had a mechanics look at it and they found a misfire on cylinder 7. Brought it back, they state they couldn’t find it. So now I have a truck with a misfire that can go at any moment and it’ll be an expensive fix. Called and they are not willing to work with me. More

David Diaz was terrific: He was professional, flexible and personable, and highly responsive. He even addressed a separate service issue upon pick-up, resolving an air filter problem. Another Toyota dealer in the Mpls Metro included touch-up paint with my last used car purchase. I was hoping Walser Toyota would do the same. The salesman I’m dealing with said no.
